I read: "Legal assistance provided, with the collaboration of: human rights groups for social services district office, district committees for the protection of vulnerable children" what is meant for children at risk? from what little I know Iringa all children are at risk: at risk of beatings at home and at school. It's not about with HIV (maybe) but if you grow up without love can not be thought likely to today (and tomorrow) in a positive way

It is estimated that each year 275 million children witnessing incidents of violence and abuse within the walls of the house, with devastating psychological consequences that can mark them for a lifetime. In Italy the figure would reach 1 million children who experience this form of violence "assisted." But the family will consume even sexual abuse and violence: from studies conducted in 21 industrialized countries about 36% of women and 29% of men say they have suffered during childhood.
Violence in the workplace.
the approximately 218 million working children, 126 million are involved in hazardous work activities and therefore violent, said the United Nations Study on Violence against Children.
